Warehouse Specialist

Oakland, CA

Keep our Oakland warehouse running. You'll pick, pack, and ship industrial orders — from a single valve to a pallet of fasteners — and make sure every piece is counted, certified, and out the door on time.

What you'll do

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
Receive inbound product and verify against packing lists and mill certs
Maintain inventory counts and help keep the warehouse organized
Load and unload trucks; operate forklift and pallet jack as needed

Open doors with contractors, manufacturers, and facilities teams across the country. You'll prospect new accounts, qualify RFQs, and hand warm relationships to our quoting team — growing the book of business one conversation at a time.

What you'll do

Prospect and qualify new industrial and construction accounts
Run outbound outreach via phone, email, and site visits
Partner with the quoting team to convert RFQs into recurring orders
Track pipeline activity and report on sourcing opportunities
